Higher education*
ESI's calling: to combine academic excellence and professional know-how.
Founded under the impetus of the Fédération Nationale de l'Immobilier, ESI (Ecole Supérieure de l'Immobilier) has as its goal to train future professionals to deal with all aspects of the sector, as well as offer a horizontal vision of the issues and stakes in the real estate sector.
Covering law, economics, management, taxation, business administration, business real estate, asset and property management, and with courses equivalent to 2 to 5 years of higher education, ESI offers a comprehensive programme based on academic teachings as well as trade-specific ones.
For this purpose, ESI is associated with prestigious partners to provide each student with excellent multi-disciplinary training.
Because professional standards now require numerous skills as well as concrete field knowledge, ESI offers you diploma courses ranging from BTS des Professions Immobilières (advanced vocational diploma in real estate professions) to the Master 2, a programme with a European scope aimed at training future real estate managers.
*Starting under student status in October 2007
Editorial
With its international scope through its links with the European Council of Real Estate Professions and NAR (the National Association of Realtors, the leading professional organisation in the US), ESI is also at the heart of the market internationalisation phenomenon, particularly concerning property.
Moreover, through the diversity of its programmes, ESI conveys a different idea of training, where young people and professionals come together and can mutually gain from one another's strengths and qualities.
Far from the standard educational partitioning, we offer you a training centre which is a genuine place of interchange where all learners can share experiences paths and opinions.
Occupational training
Because each professional and each employee is different and develops according to his/her environment and expectations, a wide array of short courses, qualifying courses and diplomas are available.
Through its entity FNAIM Development, which is fully dedicated to FNAIM professionals, ESI offers over 330 short courses through its 50 training centres across France. Whether in the field of social law, property administration, transactions, marketing, management, taxation or accounting, enhance your field experience with training courses in keeping with the constant changes in the real estate sector.
International Training Course
To open up or develop a career within the European and international property business requires professional expertise. The ESI offers two training seminars, both 100% in the English language, for French and foreign professionals.
‘How to deal with a French real estate agent'
Conducted entirely in English, this 5-day training course provides an introduction to the basic
professional and legal aspects of the French property business
‘CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist)'
CIPS, an international network of qualified property specialists, is an organisation exclusively for members forming part of NAR, the National Association of Realtors, the biggest professional property association in the United States. The CIPS qualification prepares Realtors for the expanding international market in each local market by emphasising cultural aspects, the rates of change, investment tendencies and legal aspects. In November 2006 ESI, held for the first time in France in June 2006, received the prize for the best international training course during the NAR International Congress.
Duration: 6-day course given in English.
